In VR the left stick walks the way you look (hold its trigger to hurry), the right stick turns, A or X changes the time of day; point the right controller at the floor and pull its trigger to walk to the ring; B or Y opens the list of rooms to go straight to. In a headset's AR the house stands on a table in front of you: the right stick turns it, the left stick sizes it, B or Y puts the roof on.
